Ashley Spencer – Swimming Pool Engineer (Tn ISPE Cert)
Ashley is our lead swimming pool engineer and a certified member of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers. With years of experience in both residential and commercial pool systems, he oversees design, installation, and servicing to ensure every project runs perfectly from start to finish.
Jayson Spencer – Site Manager
Jayson runs the building and groundwork side of the business, managing everything from site preparation and construction to final finishes. His practical approach and attention to detail ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
As brothers, Ashley and Jayson continue the legacy started by their mum and dad, who founded SPS Pool & Spa and SPS Building. Together, they carry forward the same family values — hard work, honesty, and quality workmanship — that the companies were built on.

Peter Cowie – Sales Manager
Peter heads up our shop sales team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in pool and spa products. Whether you’re looking for maintenance advice, water treatment solutions, or the right equipment for your setup, Peter ensures every customer gets the right product and the right guidance.
Mel Spencer – Director
Mel oversees the smooth running of the shop, managing everything from stock and logistics to customer service and support. With an eye for detail and a hands-on approach, she ensures our customers always receive the professional and personal service SPS is known for.
Together, Peter and Mel keep the SPS Pool & Spa Shop running efficiently — making it easy for customers to get the products and advice they need, all backed by trusted family values and expertise.
